Dial directly impossible

I recently signed up with Dialdirect. They have been quite happy to take my monthly instalments, but have made no contact ever since. They are IMPOSSIBLE to contact. Don't respond to e.mails. The app won't let you get past an adverti*****t to 'Redeem 1GB Date'. The contact number at the 'contact' space is not toll free. I want to insure my new car, and make a claim on my old one but cannot get any response from them.
