I wanted to cancel my policy with dialdirect because the premium was to high. I also have been retrenched. I got a beter rate by my husbands company where he have his insurance. Found out later it is insured for R20 000 less. Thanks to Dial direct i am back and they gave me a beter rate as well. Thanks to the person who assist me. You do know how to sell a policy and you know what you talking about. Wish there is more people like that.
