Dial Direct wants to take me to the cleaners!
Last year my monthly fee was increased by about 21%!!!!! After complaints it was reduced very slightly. <br> <br> THIS YEAR THE INCREASE IS ANOTHER 24.5%!!!!<br> <br> That is totally ridiculous and out of any context including inflation and repair costs!!!<br> <br> I am waiting with bated breath for Dial Direct's \excuses". But I shan't wait for very long.<br> <br> One of the reasons could be that the previous year I had a cashback payout and this year I had a few claims. That's what insurance is there for and not make you guys ultra rich"""

The fact that you have claimed in the previous year may have influenced a portion of the increase but there is also various other factors that do influence your premium such as the escalation of repair and replacement cost of vehicles and household goods.
