Dial Direct VAP services **** and a ***** - cancellation emails ignored for a long time

Complaints email is ignored - multiple requests and emails to stop debiting and cancel the value Add scratch and dent policy but not feedback and always ignored and just continuously debiting my account. Emails and contacts of this 3rd party affiliate changes so many times and its absolutely a shame and disgust how email and request to stop debiting me with this useless service for the past 2 years. Please dont take any additional cover from Dial direct and its 3rd party affiliates - conveniently requests to stop such VAP is ignored to extract more money from its clients and there is really no value at all - even at time of claim. Such a shame unable to get any help or an email reply when stuck overseas, causing more stress and inconvenience. I know Covid pandemic took a toll on business but you cant be that desperate for a simple debit order *********** a client for years. Most disappointing service :-( a true ******* and Highly NOT recommended
