Dial Direct Uses Non RMI Accredited Panel Shop, Second Hand Worn Out Suspension Parts and accepys shody workmanship

I had an accident end of April and my car was towed to Renew It Randburg. Claim was finalised sometime in May and all of sudden my car was to repaired in Lenasia despite the fact that I live in Midrand. I was given a totally dangerous and unroadworthy car up until I had to intervene and refused to have my car back to Lenasia. I took my car to a competent mechanical repairer as it was dangerous. At tiger wheel under pit they even noticed the whole control arm bolt loose. Video available when this was observed.

I made a complaint against the repairer to RMI and they said they cant intervene as the panel beater is not accredited member of their organization. I complained to the chief accessor and he said they are allowed to take vehicles to non accredited repairers. IS IT DIAL DIRECT"S POLICY TO USE NON ACCREDITED REPAIRERS OR THE ASSESSOR IS COVERING UP?

I have complained and had numerous discussions with the "Chief Accessor" whom seems in my opinion to be covering for the gross negligence by the panel shop and exonerate them from their obligation. I can explain and provide evidence to why I feel that way.

I sent the assessor "The Lifetime Guarantee" they give which stipulates that they will provide alternative transport until the rectification works are complete, but he said the rental costs should be borne by me as I chose the repairer for reworks that Dial Direct's non accredited repairer messed up, notwithstanding the fact that indeed the reworks were on items they in my own assessment intentionally concealed.

I have emails and telephonic records showing what I believe is collusion and attempts to exonerate the panel shop to the extend where I was almost made to pay 100K at Jeep Brynston after the service consultant either by error or by collusion **** that the reason why the vehicle was undrivable was wear and tear.

They panel beater even **** that the air suspension issues had been fixed at Jeep and the assessor backed up that story and that I had to pay 100K for wear and tear which was not the case as facts afterwards have shown the problem was concealed damage.

Independent garage found out the panel shop had concealed or had not seen the bent shock and link arm and also they replaced the accident broken control arm with a worn out second part.

This has been the most frustrating process to deal with deception and incompetence that puts consumers at risk
