I cancelled my policy with them on the 13th of July already via writing. They never bothered to respond. On the 25th of July they continued to debit my account with the premium. Now I have to call every second day to get my money back and Im out of pocket because of them. And evevry consultant tells me a different story as to when I will be refunded. They are not consistent and definitely not trustworthy.
