Dial Direct is very unproffesional. They are busy toying me around from one consultant to the other. They rejected my Claim when all verifications were properply. They were calling me and drop the call and say you are having bad network but when they want to make says the calls do not Drop. l urge anyone not to associate with this commpay they are very infomal and **** service. They reject my claim and l asked for the recording of the calls so that l take the mattter legally and they refused saying we still to get all your calls but when they call you they advice all calls are availalble to you on request.
