Dial Direct Tyre and Rim Claim DIALCN300149

<p>I forwarded a claim for tyres which were damaged. My claim was approved and was told that my access was going to be R1100.. No explanation was as to why the excess was that much. I accepted I was told to submit my Banking details and their form which was signed of which I did on the 3rd. Up until today I still have not received my money. When I call them they give me all kind of excusses. It is really not fair because i have already paid for the tyres and I need the money for my other expenses. It really is not fair especially with the do not care attitude for all the staffmembers I spoke to. I spoke to another guy by the name of Sheldon who told me this and that and it was like he was making up a story as we were going. Today i was told that its a mistake on their side and yet the other people could not pick up that mistake.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really dissapointing</p>
