Dial direct thee worst
Had the most unpleasant experience was involved in a car accident late last year it took forever before I could get my car fixed...dial direct consultant later gave me a call telling me they helping me in getting my access money back since I wasn’t at fault till today I never received a call back from them...I’m supposed to get the from prime insurance been waiting I tried emailing but no feedback
