Dial Direct taking money from account without approval from account holder

My partner requested a quote from dial direct last year and now in jan i have debit order that has been taken from my account. no approval or account details were provided by me to dial direct and the account holder is myself. this tells me there is ***** at Dial direct and this insurance will not provide an value if they do things by *****ling
