Dial direct taking long to refund

I am very disappointed with dial direct insurance. I had two cars insured under Dial direct. After having access increase of 33% on 6 year old car. I decided to move the car to miway as it was cheaper, however, dial direct is telling me that it takes more than 7 days to get my money back. This is ridiculous, I am considering moving out the second car as well, is this is bad service, I should be getting my money in 3 days or four days.. Not more than seven days...

Whatch out if you are considering having an insurance with them.
