Dial Direct Suck!
They broke into our car on Sunday morning. They stole a lot of items worth R8400. We lodged a claim with Dial Direct and the claim was declined due to the fact that there was no forced entry. In other words they broke into the car without damaging anything. We opened a case at the Police where we were told that this a regular occurrence. The *******, basically locked or cloned your remote hence no damage. My complain is why is the Insurance that we pay for not covering this? (Apparently)
