Dial Direct selfish behaviour coupled with greedy ways

Hi, I see that my VW Polo premium has increased by a very ridiculous figure of 102%. Who’s does that, serious speaking? Selfish at its best or what?

That’s is very insane & really selfish. The car is getting old, market value decreasing whereas Dial Direct thinks it’s okay to be self-centred to increase premium from R294 to 594? Really R300 i.e. 102% ? Please reduce this & stop this egotistic behaviour.
