hello Peter pls help me , I have a problem with dial direct I called them to cancel both my policies with them and they didn't, I called them again to confirm and they said they did cancel but to my surprise this morning I got 2 debit orders from them, pls help me I need my money back..

18 Jul 2022, 07:29good morning I am still not satisfied with the service that I got from dial direct because they are refusing to give me my refund of wivh they said they will give me but now I still haven't got it. I need my money back because I did call and cancel that policy I even called to confirm if it was canceled and they said it was now to my surprise my money was deducted ... pls refund me my money back
