DIAL DIRECT ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE- PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>I called for roadside assistance on Monday morning 3rd of October. All I needed was for my car to be towed to a dealership. I been offered call back everytime I call through. No one is assisting. Incorrect and misleading information was provided to me. I was initially told that I'm entitled to 40km of towing service but now I can only use 20km and pay for 8 km from my own pocket (which was not disclosed) I am stuck, I pay every month for this insurance and when I have to use the service, no one is willing to help. This is extremely dissapointing, I was stuck on the side of the road and had to make a plan. Why do we have insurance???? this is appalling service! The consultants that called me were unproffessional, I had to provide the dealerships address 4 times and everyone has been promissing me a call back. I AM STUCK, I HAVE INSURANCE, ALL I NEED TO A TOW TRUCK TO THE DEALERSHIP!!! HELP ME!!</p> <p> </p>
