<p>Dial Direct has the worst customer experience ever especially considering the high premiums they charge. There are many other insurance providers offering a way better deal, better rates & professional service. I question the experience & qualifications of some their immature Telesure insurance assessors plus some of the service providers they designate. In my opinion all DD are out to do is rip consumers off & not take responsibilty for bad workmanship done by their service providers! STAY AWAY from Dial Direct, be careful of any company working through Telesure unless mature consultants used.</p>
