Dial direct refuse to honor a claim

On the 6th of March I met with an accident while returning home from a site visit.<br> Dial direct refused to honor my claim stating that this was business use and I was not covered for business use. I told them that I was my understanding that if I used my vehicle to take me to a meeting at another site that this was still private use and that it was only once a month if required but Dialdirect stated that this was most centrally business you and that they would not pay. After trying to recover my money from the other gent that knocked me and failing, I had to sell my bike to cover the expenses for storage. I was looking into buying a small second hand bike to get to work and back and called dial direct to get a quote on insurance. This time I asked the question to get the definition of business use and was shocked to hear that now that I was being sold a new policy they regard the same usage I was rejected on as private usage. Dial direct refused my first claim but sold me another policy with the exact same understanding of business usage as I had before. Is this how they de***** all customers? I have asked for both recording on the 29th of May. I not received an update since the 29
