Dial Direct refusal to authorize claim

On the 14 March 2025 I was hijacked at Eldorado Park around 5pm and the car was recovered by my tracking company Netstar. The case was reported at Eldorado Park police station. I notified Dial direct and I submitted my claim on the 17 March 2025. I was asked about my previous insurance policy. I gave them and stated that as from 2019 up to 2023 I didn't have any insurance. I bought a new car and insured it with out insurance for two months in 2024.(October and November 2024) in December I joined Dial direct up today. I work for Doj and I am a regular driver there .Dial direct doesn't want to authorize my claim. They want me to provide them with the insurance policies of the Department since I am a regular driver at DOJ as from 2019 up to 2023. I don't see the relevance of such demands . These DOJ cars are leased vehicles from G Fleet and the SLA is signed at National Lavel and that information is sealed. There is no where I can get the insurance policy of G Fleet vehicles and FDT .the leasing company where DOJ leases their vehicles.
