Dial direct poor policy structure
Dial direct increases mybpremium by 22% and claims its fair??? Seriously??? No reason, no logic. Just happy to cancel my contract as they do not have a valid reason. But they brag about all the extras the offer. How about you just do your job properly and forget all the extra nonsense???
