Dial Direct non existent service

Dial direct is supposedly one of the best insurance providers and I say supposedly with good reason

In all my years being insured I have never had such difficulty raising a claim and a courtesy vehicle

Firstly the app wouldn’t allow me to log my claim so I had to call them

Then secondly I was promised a courtesy vehicle this morning which did not materialize

Despite calling dial direct no less than 8 times today

And even now as I write this report I have no courtesy car

A service I PAY FOR IN MY POLICY

Tomorrow is a public holiday so I that means I will have no vehicle for the whole long weekend

It’s absolutely disgraceful service

It’s takes 5 minutes to arrange a rental vehicle

Dial direct had 2 days to sort and here I am stuck with no transport

So much for the so called industry leaders better off signing up with a broker insurer
