Dial direct never again.
I have been trying to contact Dial direct to cancel my insurance policy but with no luck. When the operator answers and hear I want to cancel my policy the department they put me through just cuts off the call. I emailed their dispute resolution department and still waiting for a reply. It is near debit order time hence I am thinking this happens most probably regarulary. My new insurance company premium is nearly half less what I am paying currently with Dial direct with their premium increases.
