Dial Direct more yada yada less Ching ching

I really have no words to describe this insurance they go out of their way to make sure they don’t pay out on a car claim their consultants are rude and show no compassion at all I was involved in an accident almost an month ago and today they call me to tell me they won’t be paying I’ve had insurance since 2007 and in 2017 cancelled my insurance as I did not have a car just cause I was not insured for less than a year it cancels out all those years I had insurance I am know left with a huge bill to pay for fix my car and I have to wait till Tuesday to lodge a dispute on my claim these guys are not in the industry to help people but to ******* people and cause emotional distress and inconvenience really disappointed with Dial Direct
