Dial Direct monthly payback is cheating mechanism/system
In the beginning of Jan 19, my wife registered in Dial Direct App as to be traced for how she drives in the Tucson TGDI. Then, we registered for the monthly payback in the middle of January 19. Her driving is currently at 4 star but she has not benefitted anything.
Then when I queried the status in Feb 19, Dial Direct gave an excuse that she hasn't registered in the App which is untrue. For almost 60 days, she has been using the APP & being tracked. please assist urgently as this unfair & cheating by Dial Direct.
