Dial Direct keep annoying me

I phoned dial direct for an insurance quote a few months ago. I did not accept their quote.

Since then they phone me asking me if I want their insurance. I answer no – I did not accept your quote previously, please do not contact me again. But they do keep on with phone calls and Whats App messages, even after I have emailed them saying if you do not stop I will post this on Hello Peter. Maybe now they will stop annoying me.
