Dial Direct is not insurance

This time I am fed up, I had an accident on the 9th of November and dial direct never came through when I needed them and after they made several promises as if IL have my vehicle fixed immediately, I've spoken to 5 consultants already all need documents and it becomes confusing of who you are dealing with, there after it was a series of questions as if I'm in some court room, worse they call family n friends on the weekend whilst we out, people are drunk n walk to me to tell me your insurance called. 1stly I have never asked for any reimbur*****t after I fixed my own car while I had dial direct fail me as my insurance, they saw it as befitting to tell me I deserve that, but it was merely a promise, today it the 25th of November it 16days already and I still have no clue what is happening to my car and it whereabouts, now I careless about Dial Direct, I need them to tell me where my car is and I can go pick it up and fix it my self yet again Dial Direct is not insurance
