dial direct is ****ing pathetic

In the beginning of March 2019 i received the renew of my policy insurance for my car.... nearly R300 increase *** (yes things go up, of course they do but thats ****ing ripping people off)so emailed them got a new policy and i it was brought down!!! today R1234 was taken out of my account for ****ING WHAT, NOT THE AMOUNT THAT IS ON MY POLICY Dial Direct is ****ing shocking and taking money that is NOT ****ING THEIRS!!! times are tough as it is and you people want to be ****ing assholes and taking peoples money (*****ing)!!!!! For someone that has been driving since they were 18, claimed once not even my ****ing fault and you want to ****ing ***** me over!!!! if this is not resolved i will take this futher and cancel debit orders and my policy!! Time to make people aware of this!!!!!
