Dial direct is a rib off, I am now experiencing what others have been feeling about this insurance.

Dialdirect does not seem to be an Insurance company to be trusted. I am disappointed I only looked at their reviews after they started playing games with me when I lodge a claim. They were happy to take my money for over 10 years but in times of need, everyone is too busy to even respond to your emails. regardless of how much you try to get them to do their job. All these guys are in the same email, but none respond. They tried rejecting my claim on the basis of not complying with 14 days period for submission of the required information and documents but their rejection letter was 2 days premature, If I did not have my eyes open they would have pulled one over me. While they have to acknowledge this, they have not withdrawn the letter and now they went silent on me. Can someone who still works for this company respond to me, it's not a favor, purely your job.
