DIAL DIRECT IS A *****

On the 11th August I had a house ******* incident on gunpoint where house hold contents (tv, laptop, cellphones etc) were taken including a car by armed men. I reported this to Dial Direct and have not gotten any joy from them The Car claim was paid even though I had to complain first for it to be reviewed (even though i still believe they ****** me). BUT to this day 2 months later the HOUSE CONTENTS claim still has not been paid. Their settlement amount was a JOKE. I even complained their dispute resolution but still no feedback. I was told it will take 5 days for them to come back to me. Then on the 5 days I was told they still looking at it. This company is PATHETIC and claim-time they come will all excuses not to pay.
