DIAL DIRECT IS A DISAPOINTMENT

I have been reaching out to Dialdirect for errr 2 months plus now, I have emailed numerous times , I requested a call back on the app. no luck! i had my premium reduced January 2022 since February 2022 i have been paying the old premium after I told them that I am no longer employed I do not use my car as often and I can no longer the monthly premiums. My updated contract states one amount , and debit order deduct another amount, 2 months and counting .am highly unimpressed with Dialdirect disappointing indeed !
