Dial Direct is ridiculous. I submitted a claim on the 3rd of April, and today, the 29th of April 2024, it's still in progress. This company is *******. Despite having a cover for rims and tires, I'll now have to purchase new tires with my own money because Dial Direct refuses to pay. All they do is debit my account
