Dial Direct Insurance Is the Worst
<p>I was in an accident exactly 3 months ago on the 9 August. Dial Direct sent my vehicle to be fixed by a company called Tekton autobody repairs. Until today I have not received my car yet they claim "its easy with dial direct".</p> <p>I regret having insurance with them. Never have I been late with my monthly payments. No one from the insurance has called to find out the progress of my vehicle. I am the one with my family fighting with Tekton people.</p>

Discuss? I have had many of those I just want my car back from the company you've sent my vehicle to be fixed. Three Long months paying for a car you not driving. What's the point of having insurance? Your service is pathetic. Has any of you from Dial direct called me to find out if I have my car? No all you do is Close a claim on your site and thats it. I'm disgusted at your service and will make sure that everyone knows what type of company this is
