<p>Dial direct home contents insurance is a ****. I took out a home content insurance with dial direct and have been paying monthly instalments with the hope that in case of an unfortunate event I would be able to claim and recover my losses how untrue this is. My TV’s are damaged due to power surge and dial direct is saying they won’t pay because my TV’s are old , Dial direct sells their products publicly and when it is time to deliver they look for excuses not to deliver on the contract. If that's what insurance is I am disgusted and have obviously wasted my hard earned cash paying for a false non-existent service!!!</p>
