DIAL DIRECT INSURANCE COMPANY - CANNOT UPDATE POLICY

Very very difficult updating policy information. Spoke to an agent and my information remains the same. Tomorrow if anything happens to my car dial direct will revoke themselves of any responsibility even though I called them to fix this.
