Dial direct insurance

Probably the worst service I’ve ever received, my car was towed by dial direct road side assistance on Sunday, they were supposed to drop the car Audi richards bay on Monday for repairs and today it’s Tuesday 17:31 but the car is still sitting in the yard of the tow truck company without being delivered to its destination for repairs.

At the same time no one at dial direct is giving me any proper explanation as to what’s going on and why is my car not being delivered to Audi.
