Dial direct INCREASED MY PREMIUM 40PERCENT WITH NO NOTICE

Dial direct increased my premium

With no notice

On the 1st March they increased my premium from R1233 to R1733

A whole R500 increase

Never in all my life have I ever seen such a annual increase

Clearly dial direct reals and dupes people into believing in them only to upon renewal ROB thier customers with thier annual increases

A R500 increase in one year that’s a 40 PERCENT INCREASE ON MY PREMIUM

I CALLED THEM REGARDING THIS AND THEY SAY ITS DUE TO INFLATION

SORRY 40 PERCENT INCREASE BLAMED ON INFLATION WHAT ABSOLUTE NON SENSE

THEY ARE ROBBING CLIENTS
