Dial Direct give Me MY MONEY ASAP
Don't want to give them any star's Worst customer Service ever! I sent email on 21st Jan 2021 to Cancel My insurance as I got cheaper elsewhere and couldn't get through on the phone to them! They have taken 2 Debits off for R529 Beg Feb and Beg March!! Have phoned them continuously and they still havn't credited me over R1000!! Lady always putting me through to accounts then I get cut off... Please just want My Money back ASAP
