I appreciate the fact that with roadside assistance they were swift and sent a towing company right away. The guy was friendly and assisted me the nearest police station. I lodged my claim and it took 15 to 30 min to complete the claim, the consultant Vuyo was friendly and helpful and the courtesy car was provided in time.
