DIal Direct & First for Women same companky

Be aware that Dial Direct and First for Women are the same company. I changed from Dial Direct to First for Women and kept both policies going whilst the transfer happened. We had a car accident in this period and First for Women tried to bully me into cancelling the policy with Dial Direct, I refused and 3 minutes later got an email saying I was not insured with First for Women. I am lucky I refused to cancel
