Dial direct false promises overly inflated premiums

It’s been virtually two months of contradictory quotes ie same info punched on thier site and each time a different premium amount

Took this issue up with them was put in touch with a manager named Angel who originally was helpful only to find at the final hurdle she has not come to the party she handed over the last quote to a consultant to address of which I did not recieve I made her aware of this and for the last two days she has ignored my mails . Dial direct stating they are the number one insurance provider seems to be an extremely falsified statement at this point it’s taken over two months for them to address and provide me with a fair and respectable quote the excess is 3 times higher than other insurance companies yet they claim to be the best they also inflate mobile possessions as well all of this was address and they promised to address which they have not
