Dial Direct EPIC FAIL

Wow...I paid for the scratch and dent insurance and Dial Direct has not assisted me at all with the shoddy service that their sub contractor provided!!! I am still waiting for a call back after numerous complaints and am disgusted!! DO NOT EXPECT TO BE TREATED WELL!! I am now forced to seek legal advise after they refuse to respond! I was told that I needed to sort it out with the service provider yet this is a dial direct sub contractor ….Surely they should select service providers that deliver quality workmanship and if they fail to measure up then they should deal with them…Why has this become my problem??  Parow Auto Magic  Job Numbers: ********** 6/ ********** 5
