dial direct emergency number is a waste of time sadly
sunday call to emergency dial direct number at 9am , a tree fell on my roof with rain damage ..i was told by Gloria that she will speak to her manager and call me back , nothing till i called back at 9.40 and spoke to precious who cut me off , then called me back and transferred me to Gloria who said she cant help on a sunday ?? all a big waste of time for the client !
