I am very happy with the Dial Direct insurance product. I insured my vehicle with Dial Direct and the service was very professional and quick. The after sale service was sufficient and they also advised me correct and I took out "Top Up" cover to cover me for the difference between my vehicle value and the settlement amount from the finance house.
