Dial direct driving app issues

I've been using the app for the past 6 months, I've recently noticed that my trips are all invalid now. Since the latest updates of the app I've been experiencing this problem. I've done troubleshooting on the wizard before starting my trips and made sure that my phone settings are in order. But when I end the trip, its invalid with no apparent reason as to why.
