Dial direct driving app is a ****

Recently the scoring system on the driving app is a *******. Every trip of mine is now recorded at 1 star because of harsh braking or harsh acceleration. I know for a fact that I am not braking or accelerating harshly as I sometimes record trips within the estate I live in. I don't understand how I went from having mainly 4-5 stars, to getting 1 star. I am not getting rewarded the way I was promised and will now look for cheaper insurance
