Dial Direct does not disappoint in their consistent bad service!

E-mails are ignored. *********** staff not taking accountability. No follow-ups done. Currently trying my best to get Dial Direct to get my excess back. I have committed to cancelling my policy with them as soon as I have received my excess. Dial Direct is the worst insurance company I have encountered.
