Dial Direct complaint
Good Day I reported an accident claim on the 06.04.2019 to date my claim has not been finalize, I sent through all documents requested from Dial direct. I have a case no 151/04/2019 . it is one and a half month gone, my car is a write-off, they have not notified the bank about the accident, the premiums for both the car and insurance is going of my bank account. no communication form the insurance company at all.
please can you kindly advise on what more can I do
