Dial Direct Cash Back

<p>I want to complain about Dial Direct cash back. On the website that you log in to do self help they said my cash back is R10 569.72 and they only paid me R5284.86. When i queried this they only rep**** that the website is incorrect. This is unaccepble to me. They do not provide calculations or any thing. </p>
