Dial Direct came through on my claim

I have Building and content insurance for my house with DialDirect. I had a burst geyser pipe and 2 floors of my house flooded badly. I had ceiling, floor, wall, furniture and loose item damage throughout amounting to well over R120 000 in total .

Dialdirect replaced all my damaged property without hassle and coordinated all the contractors. The whole claim took very long but that is to be expected considering the complexity of the repairs. I am very pleased with how they handled my claim all round. Thank You
