Dial-direct Business BIZ-Assist is a **** - No assistance there

Dial-Direct has the misleading Biz Assist section where they promise to assist market your business. I requested vehicle branding, and was given to a marketing agency that only designs logo's, I have an active business just need marketing assistance, the first would be to brand 1 vehicle, am taken from pillar to post, I spent R25 airtime on hold to their bizassist agents who keeps referring me to the very marketing agency that doesn't assist with vehicle branding... This is misleading sales marketing on the insurance part... I am so frustrated, am now wondering what would happen when the real claim comes, would thet duck and dive like they are now?
