Dial Direct are always AMAZING to deal with. Their rates are exceptional, they offer a 4 years bucks back incentive, and when you claim it is easy painless and fast. I just claimed for a vehicle broken window - 10 minutes between calling in to claim being finalised. Their service is exceptional EVERY TIME! In a climate of shocking service everywhere, Dial Direct are just brilliant.
